Joseph Gregorich

Joe started his career in the construction industry in the 1950's. Prior to joining Fautt Homes, LLC, Gregorich spent 20 years with a large national home builder as Vice President of Construction and General Contractor for the company's Northern California Region. During the last 20 years Gregorich has been responsible for the construction of more than 18,000 detached and attached homes in Northern California. In addition to construction responsibilities, Gregorich also directly managed Land Development, Purchasing, and Customer Service during his more than 40 years in the industry.
